Log into your Sonic Lamb account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the Device
Securely place the headphones and all original accessories, including cables and ear pads, into the original retail packaging to ensure protection during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the device to verify its condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
